Story During the campaign, we play the role of a novice engineer who gets a job in an electronics company in the Chinese city of Shenzhen. We get to know individual employees of the team, as well as our boss, thanks to the internal e-mail, which we have permanent access to in the main menu of the title. Through it, we are also informed about the next tasks awaiting us. Gameplay SHENZHEN I/O is a simulator of building electronic circuits. Before starting the game, we should familiarize ourselves with the several dozen-page documentation attached to the game, containing information about individual components and how to use and program them. During the game, we design systems from scratch that must perform specific tasks ordered by our boss. One of the first missions is, for example, making a LED lamp controller mounted in a dummy video surveillance camera. Players must program the lights to blink at set intervals. It is worth adding that each time we should pay attention not only to the efficiency of the project, but also its cost. Over time, missions become more and more complex and require a real engineering sense from us. The creators gave players dozens of components, such as microcontrollers, LED screens, memory dice, etc. The interface is clear and easy to use. We move the parts and connect them with each other with a few mouse clicks. Having selected individual of them, we can program them using the programming language described in the manual. In addition to the campaign, players can also have fun in sandbox mode, where they can freely build their dream systems. In this story, the player takes on the role of Sunita - a woman suffering from early dementia and struggling to keep all important memories in mind. Story The main character, Sunita, is in a London apartment, which she does not recognize at first. The picture is blurry, but there are glasses on the table, most likely her property. When she puts them on, the room immediately comes into focus. The woman realizes that she is in a small vestibule. There are envelopes on the doormat under the door, one is also on the table, while a cork board is full of cards with one and the same piece of information. The protagonist wonders for a moment if she's in the right place, but quickly states that Dylan will surely tell her something more. Without waiting any longer, he begins to wander around the apartment, trying to find the man. Gameplay The main goal of the game is to explore the apartment and discover more and more information about the heroine's life. The walls of the rooms, floors, decorations and equipment remain faded, but when the character interacts with one of the available objects, the space around him begins to take on colors, and the protagonist remembers one of the events in the past associated with the item. Sometimes there are also short flashbacks. There are also blank cards scattered around the apartment, filling up with text the moment the woman focuses her attention on them. When all interactive objects are found in a room, it almost fully recovers its colors.
