Powder Coating

The set up consists of: 5m x 3.6M Media blasting booth To start with our oven will be 3m long with 2m height capacity with adjustable width up to 1.5m ( we are gathering extra components to increase this to 2m width x 6m length ) The Powder system will run automatically via a motorised tracking passing the product through the oven at a controlled rate and out the over side to begin the curing process. We offer this service Locally as well as Online using UPS and our Pallet network to collect and re-deliver powder coated parts!   We already have a queue forming for this new service so take advantage of this early booking Listing. Your place in the queue will be secured with a £60+VAT Deposit.   Leave the job information in the notes as you go through checkout and we will give you an estimate, please send as many pictures as you can as a reply to your order confirmation email.   Our finish will be tested thoroughly before it leaves the door, ensuring that your painted products are long lasting and ultimately you want to become a return customer!
