Pilot Ecoball Recycled Ballpoint Pen 1.0mm Tip 0.27mm Line Green (Pack 10) 4902505621611 At Pilot, we are convinced that we all have a power: the power to write a more responsible and more optimistic chapter for the future of our planet. Preserving our environment has guided our thinking for a long time, and all our actions drive us to do better with less. DO BETTER WITH LESS represents our determination to limit our ecological impact while raising our standards for manufacturing, quality, and innovation. In 2006, we were already precursors by recycling plastic water bottles to turn them into Pilot B2P pens. In 2021, we will go even further in the From bottle to pen logic and for the first time in the world, our B2P range will include, as part of its composition, plastic waste reclaimed from beaches. To retrieve this waste, we are collaborating with Terracycle, the global leader in recycling. Whats more, the range is expanding with the B2P Ecoball, made of 86.64%\* recycled plastic bottles of which 2.5%\*\* are recycled ocean plastic. This retractable, refillable ballpoint offers great writing comfort with a smooth-flowing ink thats available in black, blue, red, and green. An effective, fun, and highly innovative way to take part in the fight against sea pollution. Together, we can make a difference and help save our planet's resources. By producing a Begreen B2P Ecoball ballpoint pen with recycled plastic, Pilot is reducing the carbon footprint of the pen compared to the same pen produced without recycled plastic. But it does not stop there, by refilling it at least 3 times, you would be offsetting the carbon dioxide emissions too. From the manufacturing through to the end of the product life, it is estimated that buying this Begreen pen and refilling it 3 times reduces the total environmental impact of the pen by -85% compared to buying an additional 3 new pens. A small gesture can make a significant difference in our fight against climate change!

Bias tape polyester 18mm bright olive 4m

Bias tape polyester 18mm bright olive 4m

The finishing touch to your sewing project! We're talking about bias tape. That narrow strip of fabric that makes a big difference.   This bias tape is 18 mm wide with a matte and delightful surface. Choose the colour that fits your project – do you want it to match the fabric, or perhaps stand out as a distinct detail?   The tape is made from polyester and comes in a pack of 4 meters.  Use bias tape for …  Sew bias tape on blankets and bath towels. Use it on dresses, shirts, and blouses – and for baby clothes and bodysuits. Let the bias tape serve as fine details and beautiful finishes on edges and cut-outs.   Good to know about bias tape Bias tape has the (almost) magical ability to adapt to many fabrics. As the name suggests, it's cut on the bias, therefore naturally following your curves, necklines, corners, and edges. This results in a beautiful finish.   How to sew on bias tape Bias tape is for sewing on curves, corners, and straight stretches. When sewing the bias tape onto your project, use straight stitches with approximately 2.5 cm stitch length. While sewing, don't pull or stretch it. Allow it to naturally align with the edge for a neat result.   TIP When you start sewing your bias tape, fold approximately 2 cm inwards, so it's double-layered. When you finish, tuck the other end's fold over your folded start. The same principle applies when extending a bias tape.
