Ziton ZP755R-2 Addressable Room SounderThe ZP755R-2R is a RED addressable loop powered room sounder or us on ZP fire alarm systems. The ZP755R-2R combines a detector base and audible sounder in a single stylish moulding.The ZP755R-2R is developed for applications in individual rooms sleeping accommodation or small compartments where it is impractical or unnecessary for the sounder and detector to be combined. Installed directly onto a ZP7 wiring loop - the ZP755R-2R enables the system designer to offer a complete addressable system on a single pair of wires. Installation costs are greatly reduced whilst system integrity sounder options and programmed alarm organisation are significantly increased. Time on site is further reduced as the moulding plugs directly into a first fix base eliminating the need for any wiring directly to the device.Advanced acoustic designHigh efficiency acoustic design and a low energy sound gun transducer enable combinations of up to 60 sensors and 60 sounders to be connected to a 1km loop of 1.5mm cable. In systems where loop lengths or current requirements are excessive the ZP755R-2R sounders can be locally powered from an external power supply.Output Test and Tone SelectionThe ZP755 range of notification devices features a unique self-test facility which is automatically activated during routine sounder testing. A built in microphone circuit measures sound output level and automatically signals the sounder address and location to the control panel should the output test fail.Continuous intermittent and two-tone outputs are available from which any combination can be chosen to provide alert and evacuate for two stage alarms. Sound types comply with most international codes e.g. BS 5839 Part 1 recommended frequencies.
