Master Mould 100 ultrasonic cleaner, in plastic canister, capacity 20 l. Area of application = mould insert and ultrasonic cleaning device cleaning. Model = plastic canister. The cleaning agent can be mixed with water and is therefore very economical. Master Mould 100 is an aqueous ultrasonic cleaner specifically developed for the plastic injection moulding industry to effectively clean mould inserts. The product effectively removes volatile plastic components, plastic residues, grease, corrosion inhibitors and flash rust. A special feature of Master Mould 100 is its anti-blacking agent, which prevents some steels from darkening during cleaning. Master Mould 100 is a product that contains no VOCs and can be used in existing cleaning systems with oil separators, as it demulsifies oil that has been introduced.
