Wildjac Natural Dry Gin Based in the Wyre Forest, to the South West of Birmingham in the UK, Wildjac strive to produce a range of sustainable and eco-friendly premium botanical spirits. To this end, they hand-craft their drinks using only 100% natural ingredients which (where possible) they source locally. For their Natural Dry Gin, Wildjac have taken inspiration from deep within their home, the Wyre Forest. Using Douglas Fir, Coriander, Liquorice, Elderberry, Chamomile, Juniper, Angelica, Lemon Balm, Fresh Orange, Fresh Lemon and Thyme they have created a gin which takes the drinker right to the heart of the forest with them. On the nose this is zesty, with lively herbaceous green notes from the juniper and douglas fir. On the palate the classic notes of a gin, juniper, can be found here and are complimented by thyme, douglas fir and lemon balm (all of which are locally foraged). These strong and big botanical flavours are perfectly complimented and rounded out by chamomile and angelica. Conker Dorset Dry Gin Een verfrissende kijk op een klassieke London Dry - goed uitgebalanceerd en geleid door jeneverbes, maar met de heldere en verfrissende Dorset-tonen van vlierbes, zeekraal en met de hand geplukte gaspeldoornbloemen. Gedistilleerd en gebotteld door Conker Spirit in het Verenigd Koninkrijk in de eerste ginstokerij van Dorset. Conker Gin belichaamt de geest van de provincie, een mix van Britse tarwealcohol en New Forest Spring Water met botanische ingrediënten uit de hele kust van Dorset en New Forest (een nationaal bos). Conker Gin gebruikt 10 zorgvuldig geselecteerde botanische ingrediënten: jeneverbes uit Italië, korianderzaad uit het VK, engelwortel uit België, liswortel (iris), cassiabast uit Indonesië, bittere sinaasappelschil, verse limoenschil uit Mexico en Peru, moeras Samphire uit Dorset (VK), gaspeldoornbloemen uit Dorset (VK) en vlierbessen. In this, their first non-alcoholic spirit, they have created a drink which captures all of the flavours from the botanicals used, in their purest form, just with no alcohol! In it's creation they carefully selected a number of botanicals; Lemon Verbena, Oak Bark, Wood Sage, Rosemary, Lemon Thyme, Nettle, Chamomile, Lemon Zest, Dandelion, Birch and Mulberry Leaf. On the nose this has a brightness to it, clean and crisp - with zesty citrus notes. The flavour is smooth, well rounded and full of herbal flavours. Wildjac Honey Spiced Rum Wildjac, gevestigd in het Wyre Forest, ten zuidwesten van Birmingham in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, streeft ernaar een reeks duurzame en milieuvriendelijke premium botanische geesten te produceren. Daartoe maken ze hun drankjes met de hand met alleen 100% natuurlijke ingrediënten die ze (waar mogelijk) lokaal inkopen. Hun met honing gekruide rum is een blend van vatgerijpte rum uit Barbados en Zuid-Amerika. Het is gemaakt met alleen duurzaam suikerriet, afkomstig van suikerrietplantages in het subtropische klimaat en velden van Panama, Nicaragua, Costa Rica en Honduras. Daartoe maken ze hun drankjes met de hand met alleen 100% natuurlijke ingrediënten die ze (waar mogelijk) lokaal inkopen. Met hun Fresh Citrus Vodka heeft Wildjac een frisse en pittige wodka gecreëerd die (ongewoon) wordt gedistilleerd met Worcestershire (een provincie in het centrum van het Verenigd Koninkrijk), Endeavour-hop en Lemon Thyme. De andere ingrediënten die het botanische compliment completeren zijn vlierbloesem, sinaasappelschil, altviool, citroenschil, roze grapefruit, koriander, limoen, eucalyptus en bergamot.
