Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pink (Mini) 5cl

Filliers Dry Gin 28 Pink Distilling for over five generations, the Filliers distillery was initially only a side venture to their farming business. It's this history, dating from 1880 that ensures Filliers create delicious and well loved drinks. They do as much on-site as they can. They pump their own spring water, gind the grain, create their own fruit and herb distillates, ferment, distill and age. Utilising this experience, in 2018 Filliers expanded their range of gins, and introduced their Pink gin. This uses their Filliers Dry Gin 28 as a base, and is enhanced and softened with the addition of fresh raspberries and goji berries. The Goji berry has a reputation as a superfood, and is said to repair muscles, protect against illness and most important of all, to calm your soul. Whilst we can't attest to any of these benefits by drinking their gin, we do know it adds a delicious flavour! The addition of raspberry juice blends with the goji berries and vanilla from the original recipe. It provides a delicious and engaging palette of fruity flavours, as well as ensuring a delightfully fresh pink colour. Overall this is a mildy spiced gin with a touch of sweetness which is given by the raspberries. The refreshing citrus elements in the original recipe are still noticeable, and blend perfectly with the fruitiness. More from Filliers Perfect Serve This works deliciously in a pink gin & tonic. In a large glass filled with ice add 50ml of the gin and top up with 150ml of your tonic of choice. Garnish with a couple of fresh (or frozen) raspberries and a sprig of mint.

What better combination than Filliers grain Jenever, Cream and the delicious Galette (Belgian Butter Waffle). Deliciously sweet and creamy, with a gentle alcoholic backnote from the jenever this is perfect all year round - but it really finds its home during the end or year celebrations. Filliers 10 Years Single Malt Whisky 70cl

Filliers 10 Years Single Malt Whisky Distilling for over five generations, the Filliers distillery was initially only a side venture to their farming venture. It's this history, dating from 1880 that ensures Filliers create delicious and well loved drinks. They do as much on-site as they can. They pump their own spring water, gind the grain, create their own fruit and herb distillates, ferment, distill and age. Their Single Malt Whisky is a special drink. It's the oldest whisky from Belgium which has been rested and aged exclusively on ex-sherry barrels made from European Oak. Like the whole of their range of drinks, Filliers take care, and time creating their whisky. At least ten years in fact! This time in the barrels ensures maximum flavour in the final drink. As could be expected from 10 years in ex-sherry casks, the aroma had strong notes of Sherry to it. These are joined with both floral and dried fruit aromas. On the palate the balance is perfect. Spicy, dark chocolate, and toffee all blend with wood, walnut & orange flavours. Filliers Premium Grain Vodka 50cl

Filliers Premium Grain Vodka Distilling for over five generations, the Filliers distillery was initially only a side venture to their farming venture. It's this history, dating from 1880 that ensures Filliers create delicious and well loved drinks. They do as much on-site as they can. They pump their own spring water, gind the grain, create their own fruit and herb distillates, ferment, distill and age. In 2006 Filliers acquired a local brand called 'Van Hoorebeke'. At that this, this was the oldest spirit brand in Belgium and dated back to 1792. They were the creators of the first Belgian Vodka. Combining their experience and the legacy of their acquisition, Filliers Master Distillers created a new triple distilled grain Vodka, which is distilled in Deinze, Belgium.  This is a vodka which has a pure nose with delicate hints of grain and herbs. On the pallet these come through too with wheat and coriander being joined by rye. It has a lingering aftertaste which is soft and smooth. More from Filliers Perfect Serve Being truly versatile as well as soft and smooth, this vodka is easily enjoyed straight, over ice, in cocktails or long drinks.  For a classic try a Moscow Mule. Fill a mule mug with ice and add 50ml of vodka, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice (you can use the wedge as a garnish after). Fill the mug with your favourite ginger beer (we like Double Dutch) - around 150ml works well. Stir gently, and enjoy!

Filliers Premium Grain Vodka Wild Strawberry Distilling for over five generations, the Filliers distillery was initially only a side venture to their farming venture. It's this history, dating from 1880 that ensures Filliers create delicious and well loved drinks. They do as much on-site as they can. They pump their own spring water, gind the grain, create their own fruit and herb distillates, ferment, distill and age. In 2006 Filliers acquired a local brand called 'Van Hoorebeke'. At that this, this was the oldest spirit brand in Belgium and dated back to 1792. They were the creators of the first Belgian Vodka. Combining their experience and the legacy of their acquisition, Filliers Master Distillers created a new triple distilled grain Vodka, which is distilled in Deinze, Belgium.  After creating the original, they also launched two flavoured editions. This, their Wild Strawberry they create using their original grain vodka, and a distillate of Belgian Wild Strawberries. These grow only in Belgian forests, and result in a sweeter, fruity addition to Filliers Vodka range. With its delicate pink colour, this vodka has a unique sweet aroma full of strawberry and cranberry notes. The flavour is also full of sweet, fruity strawberries which are balanced by the pure grain aromas. The drink finishes long and fruity, leaving a dry aftertaste. More from Filliers Perfect Serve As with the original this is really versatile and can easily be used in the mix or to savour and enjoy, pure on the rocks. For something delicious try a Wild Strawberry Cosmo Cocktail. Chill a martini glass by filling with some crushed ice. Whilst cooling, take a cocktail shaker filled with ice and add 50ml of the strawberry vodka, 30ml of Cointreau, 30ml of cranberry juice, and 20ml of fresh lime juice. Shake well. Empty the ice from the martini glass and strain your cosmo into the glass. Garnish with a fre fresh strawberries.
