Diptyque Do Son – Eau de Parfum is a floral unisex fragrance, launched in 2013 and created by perfumer Fabrice Pellegrin. The scent is inspired by the childhood memories of Diptyque co-founder Yves Coueslant of the summers he spent in Do Son, a coastal town in Vietnam. The sea breeze that carried the intoxicating scent of tuberoses, so dear to his mother, formed the basis for this fragrance. Do Son opens with a fresh and floral blend of orange blossom and rose, followed by a heart of creamy tuberose and a hint of pink pepper. The base notes of benzoin and musk provide a warm and sensual finish. The fragrance evokes the atmosphere of a tropical garden by the sea, with an elegant and refined appearance.
