The Magnolia Grandiflora is a plant that is native to the Southern U.S states, ranging from Southeastern North Carolina, Central Florida and all the way to East Texas. The plant itself is very popular along traditional culture and as late as 2018, an iconic Southern Magnolia planted 200 years ago by President Andrew Jackson finally reached maturity. Magnolia Grandiflora typically has a single stem (or trunk) and a pyramidal shape. The leaves are simple and broadly ovate, 12–20 cm long and 6–12 cm broad, with smooth margins. Ligustrum Japonicum (Japanese Privet) – Standard - Extra

It is an evergreen shrub or small tree growing to 2–5 m (rarely 6 m) tall, with smooth, pale grey-brown bark on the stems. Mexican Fan Palm / Skyduster (Washingtonia Robusta)

There are two main commonly cultivated Washingtonia species: Washingtonia robusta ( Mexican palm, Skyduster, Petticoat Palm) and Washingtonia filifera (California fan palm). Washingtonia filifera differs from W. robusta by width of trunk, erectness of fronds, presence of strings on frond margins, gray-green color, and cold hardiness. The two species can also hybridise. Ligustrum Japonicum (Japanese Privet) - Standard Pleached

It is an evergreen shrub or small tree growing to 2–5 m (rarely 6 m) tall, with smooth, pale grey-brown bark on the stems.
