Sid Meier's Civilization V: Gods & Kings is the first full-fledged expansion to the game by Firaxis, in which we play the role of the leader of one of many civilizations. The production has many smaller DLC add-ons to download, introducing elements such as units or nations. In this case, however, we are dealing with a large portion of new content. At Gods & Kings, we get a lot of new attractions. Firaxis Studio has prepared 27 units, 13 buildings, 9 wonders and 9 playable civilizations. Among them are the Dutch (represented by William I of Orange), the Celts (Boudik) and the Mayans (K'inich Janaab 'Pakal). The expansion pack also includes three special scenarios: the fall of Rome, the medieval era, and a Victorian-style steampunk world. The main attraction of the add-on, as the name suggests, is the religion module. Along with it, a new "raw material" was introduced - faith - which allows you to set up your own religion and develop it. In this way, we can gain various bonuses for units and cities, and build specific units (missionaries, inquisitors) or buildings (cathedrals, mosques). Religion and its related bonuses are each time determined by our choices made at several stages of development.
