Microwave Heating: Remove the heat pad from the stuffed animal. Place the pad on a plate in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds at 500–800 W. Check the temperature and heat for an additional 10 seconds if needed. Allow to cool for 30 seconds before use. Place the pad back inside the stuffed animal and secure with Velcro. ? Oven Heating: Preheat the oven to max 100°C. Place the pad on a clean plate in the middle of the oven. Heat for a maximum of 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 30 seconds before use. ? For Cooling Effect: Place the heat pad in a plastic bag. Store it in the freezer for at least one hour. Remove and place back inside the stuffed animal for a soothing cool sensation.
